Wei Chung has more than a decade of working experience as an Industrial/ User Experience Designer, Strategic Innovation Designer and Consultant for workplace strategy and change, working in transformation and strategic teams. His interests is to uncover people’s underlying needs and work with them to envision a better way of achieving a desired outcome. He is adept at deriving needs of end-user from various data gathering methods (quant & qual), translating them into tangible requirements and coming up with creative solutions to meet their needs. In the process of doing so, he take into considerations the macro-economic trends and strategic focus of the organisation.

Furthermore, with an industrial design background, he has always been interested and intrigued by the relationship between human, object and their environment. This curiosity has led him to connect to people with deep empathy and on the look out for cross-pollination opportunities.
